Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. The Cherry Creek Chorale does not offer refunds or exchanges on purchased tickets.

We encourage patrons to double-check performance dates, times, and ticket selections before completing their purchase. This policy helps us maintain consistent operations and support the planning and production of our performances.

In certain circumstances, such as severe weather or unforeseen events, adjustments may be considered. Any exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the organization and are not guaranteed.
